About Nomads' BBQ
Nomads BBQ is a Midsomer Norton smoke house. Jake started with home deliveries and a small smoker and now draws customers from all over the west country, championing local meat. Using traditional American smokehouse techniques and a custom-built reverse flow smoker, they serve slow-smoked brisket and pork from the deli on The Island and from the Jiffy Truck, which comes to workplaces, events and celebrations across the South West.
